On our very first attempt, we’ve only gone and landed at number 20 on Campaign Magazine’s “Best Places to Work 2024” list! It’s a particularly big one for us because it shows we’re prioritising our number one asset – our people.

So, how did we get recognised?

The “Best Places to Work” program celebrates companies that create supportive and empowering work environments for their staff. When evaluating a business, Campaign Magazine calculates an overall score by measuring leadership, career development opportunities, work-life balance, and job satisfaction.

Power to our people

Our people voiced their thoughts on various work matters in a comprehensive and confidential survey. And what makes this recognition really special is that our staff influenced 80% of the score!

Our ranking is more than just a number, though. It reflects the real experiences of those who work at TrunkBBI every day. It’s also a sign that our efforts to build a transparent, inclusive, and nurturing environment are resonating with the team. Plus, being known as one of the top places to work bolsters our reputation among potential new talent, as well as clients who value partnering with businesses that treat their staff well.

This is just the beginning for us. We’re committed to maintaining the standards that brought us to this point and are constantly exploring new ways to improve our work culture.
