We’re celebrating again. This time, we’ve been shortlisted for not one, but two UK Company Culture Awards which is recognition for our collaborative and one-of-a-kind culture.

It’s the first time ever that we’ve been nominated for a culture award, but we’re certain it won’t be the last. Our culture is something we’ve worked hard to mould and nurture in the last few years, and to have it recognised is a true testament to where our agency is today.

We’ve been shortlisted for ‘Best large agency to work for’ and ‘Best HR team of the year’. This is a huge achievement for us as an agency. Not only are we being recognised for the incredible work we do for our clients, but for our internal processes and our people too. We strive for excellence, constant learning, and embracing challenges to produce successful campaigns while positively influencing society and our workforce is what’s led us here to today.

Our values are built on collective success, valuing every team member, creating a love for our work, offering accountability, honesty, and ceaseless curiosity for new opportunities and technologies.

It’s this collaborative, open culture that’s led us to where we are today. In a recent survey, 94% of our agency rated TrunkBBI as a great place to work. And our current voluntary staff turnover is only 14%, which is falling year on year.

Over the last year, each employee contributed to reshaping our agency’s mission, vision, and values. Our ultimate goal is global recognition for our work and culture, driven by our refusal to settle for anything less than extraordinary. And that’s exactly what we’ve done. None of this would have been possible without our powerhouse HR team who, and rightly so, have been nominated for “Best HR team of the year”.

Hannah Evison-Frost, Managing Director at TrunkBBI, said:

“Being recognised and winning awards for the work we do for our clients is one thing, but we’ve worked so incredibly hard behind the scenes over the last few years to build an agency that people love to work for. So being shortlisted in the UK Company Culture Awards feels like a real achievement.

The driving force behind our company culture is our small but mighty HR team, Kerrie and Gill, so for them to both be recognised for their incredible effort is the icing on the cake. Whether we win or not, we’ll revel in the recognition of being shortlisted for a long time to come!”

The winners are yet to be revealed, so we may be adding two more trophies to our ever-growing collection. Kerrie and Gill will be attending the event in London on 2nd May where we will see whether TrunkBBI is taking home gold. We will report back!
