We are delighted to announce a new senior leadership team as TrunkBBI enters a phase of ambitious growth.
After the announcement of a number of high-profile client wins, we are entering a new era, placing more emphasis than ever before on innovation, culture, award-winning work and operational excellence.
Adam Britton, our former Managing Director, is stepping up into the role of Chief Creative Officer role after identifying the need to push the boundaries and take our ‘Create+Activate’ philosophy to new heights.
In this new role, Adam will work closely with the creative, performance, and strategy departments, to continually elevate the standard of output across the business, ensuring the work consistently meets the agency’s high expectations.
Meanwhile, Hannah Evison, former Client Services Director, has been promoted into the pivotal Managing Director role, bringing with her a solid understanding of both creative and performance marketing honed over a career of more than 13 years in the industry.
In her new role, Hannah will be supporting the senior heads in bringing their strategic plans to fruition, ensuring TrunkBBI’s clients continue to enjoy the excellent standard of service they are accustomed to.
Tim Butler, whose been with business for twelve years and worked across multiple divisions in various roles, will step into the role of Operations Director, completing the senior leadership team alongside our founder and CEO, Jon Butler.
Tim will be responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness within the business, striving for operational improvements as the agency matures and maintains the strong values that have brought it this far.

“When we identified the need for the CCO role earlier this, it was a no-brainer for me that Adam would step up into it seamlessly. His passion lies in producing amazing work and he’s played a pivotal role in our growth and expansion to-date.
“The decision for Adam to move into this role left an MD shaped gap in the agency, and after having worked closely with Hannah for the past three years, I can see she has a deep understanding of our business, the commercials, and perfectly aligns to our values.
“Tim has worked for the business since its infancy and will say so himself – TrunkBBI is in his blood. His knowledge of our business operations is second to none, and his ability to understand the numbers and make improvements off the back of them are exactly what we need as we scale.
“Tim’s skill set complements Adam’s and Hannah’s, meaning they all bring something different to the table and their input has been invaluable since we rebranded to TrunkBBI in April 2022.”
In addition to new client wins, we have recently been shortlisted for multiple acclaimed marketing awards over the last year for their stellar creative and activation campaigns. The agency has also been awarded the prestigious Gold standard in continuous professional development (CPD) by the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA), the industry body for the advertising sector which is incorporated by Royal Charter.
