We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the prestigious gold standard in continuous professional development (CPD) by the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA), the industry body for the advertising sector which is incorporated by Royal charter.
More than 300 agencies are part of the IPA and only 36 achieve the gold standard after submitting their CPD programmes for evaluation. This puts TrunkBBI in the top 12% of agencies for learning and development.
Feedback from the IPA was stellar.
They said, “Right off the bat, we can see the culture of CPD instilled by the MD.” Additionally, they said, ““Their record keeping shows an enviable CPD culture and the importance of collecting the data to show the evidence that CPD is contributing to business success.”
Jon Butler, TrunkBBI’s CEO, said: “At TrunkBBI, we foster a culture of professional development. The enjoyment of watching people learn, grow and develop is as much of a thrill as developing an amazing piece of work for our clients. Our strategic investment in continuous professional development has helped us fill skills gaps, reduce reliance on freelancers, and expand our offering.”
Kerrie Mooney, Head of HR at TrunkBBI also commented. She said, “Gaining IPA Gold is a win for everyone. Our people know that they can come here and be supported to learn and grow professionally. Our agency benefits from top quality work (we live and breathe to create great work), and our clients can rest assured that they are in safe and highly qualified hands.”
The IPA says about the accreditation:
“IPA CPD Gold Accreditation is our accolade for excellence in continuous professional development. CPD Gold Accreditation recognises our agency’s embedded, effective and innovative culture of learning, and our commitment to bettering the professionalism, development and reputation of our industry, enhancing clients’ brands and our agency’s worth as a result.
“CPD Gold agencies have demonstrated that CPD lies at the heart of their business, supports real business objectives and the development of employees professionally and personally.”
