GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

New data protection legislation came into force on 25th May 2018.

Changes we’ve made for GDPR

We’ve been preparing for GDPR by updating our privacy policies, carrying out data audits and providing training to all staff. We’ve now updated our website accordingly, and have outlined how we collect, store and manage customer data, including personally identifiable information on our revised privacy policy.

Please contact us with any requests to access, update or delete your data. Written requests can be sent to: Gill Sciple, Operations Manager, TrunkBBI, 6th Floor Manchester House, 86 Princess Street, Manchester M1 6NG.

Our Client’s GDPR Requirements

As data processors for our clients, we recognise that they will be carrying out their own GDPR implementation process and will have questions about how we collect, store and handle data. The location of the data and access levels will vary from client to client, so we encourage that they speak to their account director to discuss their specific situation.
