Driving organic search performance for Halfords Tyres
Halfords wanted to dominate the tyre market in search engines, and drive revenue from the vehicle tyres product category. Our Organic Search strategy covered three areas: technical SEO, keyword-driven content, and on-page UX in order to deliver Halfords’ business objectives, identifying areas to improve website visibility and performance, and areas for ranking growth. Our findings revealed missed opportunities in price comparison and specific tyre types, e.g. winter tyres, which led to a targeted content strategy, focused on product listings, product detail pages, and educational guides.
Not only did we produce significant growth in organic website traffic of 56% and a massive uplift of 40% in organic transactions, but we were also able to demonstrate a mammoth 2000% return on investment.

Gifting growth through hyper relevant Digital PR for Moonpig
Moonpig challenged us to boost search rankings for birthday card keywords and card transactions on their website. They had already invested in improving website UX, adding new content to key pages on the site and fixed technical SEO issues, so we identified that digital PR could help deliver the business growth they needed.
First, we conducted an in-depth backlink gap analysis, identifying relevant target sites and publications within specific audience segments, which weren’t linking to competitor sites. Following this research, we then launched a hyper-relevant digital PR campaign, focusing on the changing birthday card market, and secured coverage in publications that added product and audience relevancy to Moonpig’s backlink profile. The campaign boosted website traffic from organic search by 21%, and increased card transactions by 19%, more than double our initial target.
