Your confidence and channel knowledge will enable you to guide and advise our clients. You will be the lead on a number of your own client accounts, supported by an account director where needed, and you’ll be an important part of our agency life.

As part of our Client Services team, you will work alongside, creative, development and performance teams to apply your skills to a wide portfolio of brands, across B2B and B2C sectors, with a focus on integrating multiple channels.

Your ability to manage projects, use your strategic and analytical skills and your passion for new business, will open endless opportunities for you to be part of a fast paced, challenging, and fun team.

As part of your role, you will:

  • Manage the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests.
  • Take client business/marketing briefs and, where required, support the teams.
  • Present and sell work alongside our other experts, support an Account Director or GAD to present work that is high budget or takes the creative work into new territory.
  • Ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating, and seeking approval of any changes to these.
  • Manage the work and performance of team members e.g. Account Executive and Intern.
  • Work with GADs, ADs & SAMs to mine further business opportunities for clients and the agency.
  • Conduct account analysis and preparing materials for client meetings including conducting competitor reviews.
  • They may be involved in recruitment and selection decisions.
  • Focused on the personal and professional development of your team. You will also seek to constantly update your tech knowledge and people management skills.

You will:

  • Have a solid background in digital/performance marketing and understand website development, PPC, SEO, analytics and paid social channels.
  • Experience working as a Senior Account Executive or an Account Manager in a comparable agency, ideally with a minimum of 2 years agency experience.
  • Be able to inspire your team and clients.
  • Be a good listener – for example able to appreciate how much the client knows about their brand and consumers and learn from listening.
  • A comfortable communicator – being able to present, write persuasive and well-structured emails etc.
  • Have the hunger to join a fast paced, high growth agency and become an integral part of the team.
  • Be responsible and accountable for your work.
  • Have a commercial awareness and be able to spot client growth opportunities.
  • Have excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be curious, knowledgeable, and passionate about your client’s business, and where and how marketing contributes to its success.
